This Week @ LRC – 19 April 2019

Steve Roll’s retirement

The great Steve Roll has decided to retire to spend more time with his family. In recognition of how much he has done for each of us and the club as a whole we will be holding a farewell gathering in his honour straight after the Iron Cove Masters on Sunday 28th April.

Based on last year’s race program, the celebration will start around 1.30pm. The club will be providing free light refreshments; wine and beer will be available to purchase if you so desire.

Volunteers needed

  • Please write to the Captain with your availability to help at the IC Masters Regatta on Sunday 28 April.
  • Petrol person also needed – please contact Steve Duff if you can help with the petrol refueling, which was one of the many things Steve Roll has been doing
