Racing fees for recreational rowers
All rec rowers who are competing MUST pay their fees before their entry can be made.
Race entries and scratchings
Please make your entries in the spreadsheet or send to Christine (or AnnaC).
All crew scratchings before the regatta should go to Christine (or AnnaC). Please do not contact RNSW directly.
Make your bookings by Thursday CoB at the latest and the use the online form.
It’s kinda weird how bookings come in all days of the week, when there is a very clear disclaimer on the form that bookings are to be don on Thursdays only. Who knows…
No emails please!
If you make damage to a boat, please report it to Bob or write on the whiteboard, or tell Matt.
If the damage is substantial, you may be charged with the insurance excess and/or downgraded, so please take care.
ANZAC Day row
If you feel like a different experience this Anzac Day, get up extra early and row around with us to under the Anzac Bridge for a dawn service. The service will be conducted from a motor boat by the Minister from Pymble Ladies College and there will be a bugler whose mournful tones will carry over the water as you “moor” to a big rope stretched across the bay for us. If it all makes you feel a bit sad you can can cheer up back at the club with a hearty egg and bacon breakfast washed down with a tot of rum. You’ll be in great shape for Two Up at the Sackville on the way home.
If you’re interested, put your name on the list at the club and / or contact Trevor Sills (email@example.com) who is doing a great job organising.
Membership fees for 2018/19
Fees will be invoiced this year so stay tuned for some small changes.
Please DO NOT use the Pymble motors, which are easily recognised by having a big P on their tops.
