The Program will run for 8 weeks between the 27th of October to the 22nd of December of July and will have a combintion of both land and on-water sessions.
Throughout the 8 weeks, the sessions will provide you with an introduction into the sport and teach you the fundamentals and basic techniques involved in rowing.
The organised training will commence at 9:30am each Sunday unless communicated otherwise.
Upon completion of the Learn to row program, individual participants will be notified if you have been invited to join the Leichhard rowing Club Junior Squad.
